About the Roxbury Bands Office of the Webmaster
The Roxbury Bands Office of the Webmaster is an integral part of the Roxbury Instrumental Music Department and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of both the High School and Middle School Band websites, as well as the Roxbury Bands Android/iPhone App. The Office of the Webmaster also serves as a liaison between the students and the instrumental music staff for technology and website related matters. Additionally, the webmaster researches, and with the advisement of the instrumental music staff, implements new forms of technology.

The audio file for the listening assignment isn’t loading, what should I do?
If the audio file for a listening assignment does not load or does not load properly, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that you have the latest version of Quick Time installed.
2. “Refresh” the website and let it load for 5 minutes.
If the listening assignment continues to not load, still fill out the listening assignment log in sheet (this will at least show that you made an attempt).
The Listening Assignment Log In password is not working, what should I do?
If the password for the listening assignment log in does not work, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that the “caps lock” button is not on.
2. All user names and passwords are in lowercase and contain no numbers or special characters (i.e. &,*,!)
If the password continues to fail, please email your respective band director.
How do I have band news or fundraiser information posted onto the website?
To have news or fundraiser information posted onto the band website, please contact your childs band director. All posts (i.e. news, fundraisers) must be approved by one of the band directors before being posted onto the website.
